Breanne offers professional outpatient office based psychotherapy. Sessions are provided in comfortable and large space at 103 College Ave SE Suite 204 Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Parking is available onsite and on street.

Video Sessions are provided on a secure platform.

Most insurances are accepted including Medicaid, Meridian, BCBS, Blue Care Network, and Priority Health. Please contact your insurance carrier for more information regarding your outpatient behavioral health benefits and costs, including any deductible, coinsurance or copay that may apply.

Private pay out of pocket and flex spending cards accepted.

What does this mean?

​

An in network provider is one contracting with an insurance company to provide services to insurance members. Deductible, copayments, and coinsurance are the responsibility of the client. An out of network provider is one that has not contracted with an insurance company, this contracting is regulated by insurance companies. Therefore, the provider would be paid based on the members out of network behavioral health coverage. The client is responsible for their out of network copay and deductible.
